Suositukset: Meleet yli 70 niin luultavasti pärjäät hyvin, mutta suuremmista tietenkin hyötyä. Ilman +37 prayeriä voi taistelusta tulla paljon vaivalloisempi, koska Skeletal horror hittaa kovia ja nopeita iskuja magella.
Melee gear: Käytä korkea melee defence omaavia armoreita, kuten Barrows tai dragon.Aseena suosittelen abyssal whippiä tai muuta vahvaa melee asetta. Ruokana käytä sharkkeja tai rocktaileja. Ota myös super setti (super str, super att, super def potion) ja juo niistä kulaus ennen taistelua.

Range gear: Ranged on hyvä vaihtoehto tappaa Skeletal horror, koska se on heikko ranged hyökkäyksiä kohtaan. Käytä black d'hide armoreita ja rune crossbowia. Ruokana käytä sharkkeja tai rocktaileja, ota myös ranging potion mukaan ja juo siitä kulaus ennen taistelua.

Strategia: Käytä protection from magic prayeriä. Kun taistelet skeletal horroria vastaan se pudottaa taistelun aikana 3 jäsentään (right hand, left hand ja tail), sinun tehtäväsi on samalla, kun taistelet haudata nuo luut, jotka tippuvat skeletal horrorista. Sen combat level ja lifepointsit vähenevät sitä mukaa, kun se tiputtaa raajojaan.
